Learning God’s Principles about Worship

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

Proverbs 3:13

Wisdom is a principle founded in God’s holy written words. She leads and cautions her followers from the book of Proverbs. Let’s read them:

Proverbs 4:5
Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.

Proverbs 4:7
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

Proverbs 16:16
How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

Proverbs 19:8
He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: he that keepeth understanding shall find good.

All of the above scriptures are a joy for them who find them, and health to all of this soul. Do you have the insight to obtain this rich resource?

Wisdom is for the mature in Christ (Hebrews 5:14), those who follow the Christian discipleship as a Discerner. Do you have spiritual insight or godly judgment? If not, don’t worry. You will grow in the full knowledge of Christ by continuously practicing doing as God command. Study to show yourself approved unto God (2 Timothy 2:15). The more you understand with your rational and genuine thoughts, you can apply them (Psalm 119:66).

Worship is an act of productivity: for faith without works is dead (James 2:26). The Word of God is telling us the following: it is the works of obedience; which causes our faith to be active in wisdom.

Wisdom is the principal thing; a skillful beginning of godly prudence and unbiased judgment. Discernment is her spiritual cousin along with mature comprehension and logical interpretation. This is second nature to those who find it – to walk in common sense.

Your desire to worship from a genuine place is an excellent start. Communication is the key to praise and worship. It must be a reciprocal relationship if you want the purpose of God to flow in your life. Seek the Word of God. Save your soul.
