Sensible Worship

Do you have a real desire to worship God, His ways? Come near to God’s presence. Below are two basis example for you to learn about having access to communicate with the Almighty God.

1. We have access to enter the Holy Place in Heaven.
2. By Faith, we must be genuine and sincere in our approach to the Lord God
   

The Holy Place

Holy Place Literally, “holies” for “holy of holies,” the spiritual place where God lives and is worshipped.

Learn the Old Testament Access to the Holy Place

The Tabernacle according to the fashion given to Moses by God from the mount Sinai. It shown the foreshadowing of the good thing to come. The gift of redemption (atonement) was sent into the world by His Son.

What did they do in the tabernacle to access God? Let’s read Exodus 26:33-34, which states, “And thou shalt hang up the vail under the taches, that thou mayest bring in thither within the vail the ark of the testimony: and the vail shall divide unto you between the holy place and the most holy. ³⁴ And thou shalt put the mercy seat upon the ark of the testimony in the most holy place.”

This curtain found within the tabernacle will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place to protect the children of Israel from the wrath of God. The Lord told us the our sins separate us from His protection according to Leviticus 18:29, “Whoever does any of these terrible sins must be separated from their people!”

This exclusion made it hard for them to receive their atonement needed for health and life sake. Daily this person must give an offering to God because they are set apart to do so for Him. Every holy person must keep the rules of the Lord their God and walk in His ways (Deuteronomy 28:9).

Since children of Israel couldn’t keep God’s commandments, He made a way for them, through grace, mercy, and obedience, to live with Him.

Learn the New Testament Access to the Holy Place

After the death and resurrection of Jesus, Everyone can receive God’s gift of life through the true knowledge of the Lord. If you believe in the Messiah, the One sent to save mankind from their sins, you can access the Holy place without fear. The blood sacrifice of Christ has aloud us to walk in with mercy. God sees Christ’s obedience from His body on us. And immediately, we change to the new way of life.

What does the new covenant share with those who believe? Let’s read Hebrews 10:19-21, “Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 21 And having an high priest over the house of God;”

Jesus is our High Priest in Heaven. Daily helping us to given an offering in an acceptable way. If this is your desire, you can act out Hebrews 10:22, which is the explanation for your faith:

“Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.”

By Faith, we must be genuine and sincere in our approach to the Lord God

The Love of God is shed within our heart. We can sense the precious and real gift in our minds and body, so we can walk righteously before Him. This deep longing tells us to seek Him more and more. Worship is love expressed according to John 4:23, “…the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

This unqualified assurance of faith, having had our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. We can be scene by God once again. The true reciprocal relationship has always been since the beginning.

Now, by faith, we can approach our Father God. Draw near and He will come to you (James 4:8). How you may ask? Let’s continue read James, “Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.”

Humble yourself before the Lord in prayer and praise. It is good for you. Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, mind, and soul, than the peace of God will rule and reign in your atmosphere. Redemption belongs to you. In peace, worship God!
