And he appointed certain of the Levites to minister before the ark of the Lord, and to record, and to thank and praise the Lord God of Israel:
King David wanted to appreciate God in His efforts of having the ark of the Lord back with His people, so He instructed the Levites to minister to them. Stand before the ark and profess the Name of God with thanksgiving and praise.
What is it to profess? Praising the Lord is easy when someone else is telling you what to say. However, when you know the truth about the Lord you confess. Let the spirit of the living God handle this moment in your life.
