And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites, and of the children of the Korhites, stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with a loud voice on high.
The people of God and the Levites praised God with their loud voices, just like congregational singing. Have you ever shouted at your enemies? If so, why? Having a loud voice is telling the world that you meant what you are saying. Is this true for you or not?
What did Jehoshaphat and the Levites do after seeking the Lord God for help in the battle against the children of Ammon and Moab? They sang praises to the Lord. They gladly proclaimed the Lord is the one who will fight for them. Stand still and see God’s salvation.
The next time you have a problem or situation, pray and stand down in praise. It work for the children of Israel, and it will work for you as well.
