“And the people believed: and when they heard that the Lord had visited the children of Israel, and that he had looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped.”
The people trusted and listened believingly that God was concerned with what was going on with the Israelites and knew all about their affliction. They bowed their heads low and they worshiped God.
Aaron told and demonstrated to the people what God communicated with Moses. They truly believed that God is with them, as they expressed their love through physical and spiritual worship.
How did they believe? By trusting in the Lord with thanksgiving and appreciation. Worship is something you do. It’s your responsibility to show your submission to His will and purpose. Give this some thought.
Love is expressed (literally and physically). What will you express to God today?
