Praise and Worship has been hijacked by the Secular Music Industry

Many Christians believe that the combined use of the words, praise and worship, means Christian worship music. How, if God tells us to praise and worship Him only?

Musical sounds and instruments are NEVER to take the place of mankind’s expression in hymns and psalms from the heart to the Lord our God. If music is vital in worship, then why does Hebrew 13:15 tells us to open up our mouths in praise? This is something that we, as Christians, are to be doing each day toward the Creator God.

In all of our learning from Christian history, music took a secondary position to understand the Word of God. When you know the truth of praise and worship, you are changed by it. Your daily acknowledgment of God from your treasure (your heart) will express worship. Listening to music will never get you to worship God. Music is just a stimulus to stir your spirit towards or away from Him. Many have exchange music for the Holy Spirit; who prompts you to worship by invitation only. But first, you are to show forth your love in praise!

Praise and Worship are two separate words used by true acceptable Christians who are willing to worship in spirit and truth. Spirit to spirit. Without fears and hesitation, they move into the essence given by praise and worship. In doing this reasonable service, understand that praise is much difference than worship, and music has nothing to do with true worship.

Since the popularity of praise and worship style genre of Christian Contemporary Music, these words got lost in the mixed. The music industry stole the use of combined words, praise and worship. When you think of “praise and worship,” you think of Christian music. Not you, as the individual to praise and /or worship God!

Learn today! God is daily looking for His true worshippers according to John 4:23. Will you be that one who will know Him intimately? You do not want to wait in-line, and you are next. You walk up to the stand, and the Lord says, “I don’t know you.” This will be a hurtful feeling and damnation to your life. Praise and Worship Music has stopped your spiritual growth, and you don’t even know it. By keeping you in your feelings! Agreeing with some worship artist lyrics may be true, but it’s not your expression according to Ephesians 5:19. Praise is not a multitude of futile words, but are the love of sacrifice. A daily declaration and utterance that your love for God endures. All your own, counting the cost to Heaven: for this is our objective. The holy grail of hope and the commandments of God have always been a good starting place.

God is calling for you to mature in the faith, seeking the full knowledge of Him.

Listening to Christian music is not one of those, even other types of genres. Your melody should come from the heart towards God. The music industry took this concept and turned it towards them. Wherefore, the idol was conceived in the minds, as the movement of God. 1 Chronicle 16:26 suggests that it’s true, “For all the gods of the people are idols: but the Lord made the heavens.” God knows what pleases Him most, and that is to have a proper relationship with Him from your spirit. The time is now to act on your faith, and see what the music stimulus has done to your melody.

The secular music industry has blinded the heart and mind to the belief that God is there. Do you think so? Honestly, think about it. Collectively maybe, but one on one, the answer is No! Amos 5:23 tells us this is true. God doesn’t want the noise of ego-music.

When was the last time you sang a song to God? Your made-up song, coming from your heart. If you have something (your treasure) deep down on this inside of you, this should be easy according to Luke 12:34. This is true of this whole matter. Worship is love expressed by you. The corruption of the music industry on this earth will never mature you. If you don’t believe me, just ask the Holy Spirit of the Living God. His will correct God’s beloved. I know because He has done it to me many times. This is how I started to notice that “praise and worship” was hijacked.

Who will take back the use of “praise and worship” to its rightful place; in the mouth of Christian Follower of The Messiah, Jesus Christ? Praise the Name of Jesus. Praise the Name of the Lord. God is worthy to be praised!
